How Your Lobsters Are Shipped

Live lobsters and other seafood are perishable! To ensure freshness, we pack and ship all orders in reusable, insulated boxes with frozen gel packs. All lobster orders are shipped with cooking instructions.

We ship live lobsters and other fresh seafood Monday through Friday for overnight delivery Tuesday through Saturday (U.S. only). Saturday delivery is available in most but not all areas for an extra $20.00 charge; call or email us if you're interested in this service. No deliveries are available on Sunday, Monday, or holidays.

We ship most orders by FedEx Standard Overnight Service with delivery guaranteed the following day. We can also ship by FedEx Priority Overnight Service for delivery by noon the following day. Call or email us if you need priority delivery.

We ship all orders without requiring a signature release, which means that FedEx will leave your order at your door without requiring that you sign a delivery slip. However, we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery and refrigerate the order promptly. If you're sending a gift, please notify the recipient that a perishable package will be arriving.
